 For water flow from 500 to 8500 GPH. Skimmer action removes up to 85% of debris before it settles to the pond bottom. Biological and mechanical filtration polishes water. Provides skimming action by pulling debris from water surface, and biofiltration via filter media providing surface area for benificial bacterial growth.
The Savio skimmerfilter has 2 each intregal inserts for use of optional UV (eliminate green water) and/or water level float valve assembly (see options section below).
Select the appropriate faceplate according to flow rate used as follows;
- 6.0" faceplate for flows of between 500 and 3500 gph
- 8.5" faceplate for flows of between 1200 and 6000 gph
- 16.0" faceplate for flows of between 2500 and 8500 gph
