TetraPond ClearChoice Pressure Filters

TetraPond ClearChoice Pressure Filters

The TetraPond® ClearChoice™ Pressure Filter is designed to provide mechanical and biological filtration. Heavy duty construction with robust latches and O-ring seals to insure leak free performance. Back flush valve reverses flow for cleaning biomedia and sponges.

Innovative water flow design agitates bio-rings to prevent debris buildup. Maintains proper water movement for efficient filtration. Mechanical sponge media trap fine particles while beneficial bacteria on bio-rings convert toxic ammonia to nitrite, then to nitrate for clear and healthy pond water.

Heavy-duty construction with large latches for secure leak-proof closure. Position anywhere around pond or bury for natural-looking landscape. One-step back-flush valve allows convenient filter maintenance.

TetraPond ClearChoice Pressure Filter Upgrades

TetraPond ClearChoice Pressure Filter Upgrades

The addition of a UV upgrade kit to your existing ClearChoice™ pressure filter will provide on-going control of suspended algae which causes green water. The algae comes in close contact with ultra violet light therefore destroying the reproductive ability of single-celled algae.

We carry several upgrade kits for your TetraPond Pressure Filters. These upgrade kits allow you to add a UV Clarifer to your existing pressure filter. Select the appropriate kit for your pressure filter below.

Koi & Pond Tip of the Day
July 31st, 2010
Summer usually means increased pond water loss due to evaporation, which of course leads to topping off our ponds more. You should always add dechlorinator when topping off the water level of a pond. Any amount of chlorine (such as that found in treated water) can be harmful to your fish. Even if it is not enough chlorine to mean immediate death of the fish, this chlorine can still cause harm to proper gill function.
